We staff engagements with people who can operate without supervision in someone else’s codebase, often under a regulator’s constraints. That is a narrow hire, so we are deliberate about it and slow when we need to be.

How hiring works here

A conversation, not a screen
Forty-five minutes with an engineer about what you have built and what you want to build next.
- 02
A technical discussion
We talk through a real problem from a real engagement, with the constraints intact. No whiteboard algorithms, no take-home that eats your weekend.
- 03
Meet the people you would work with
Including at least one person who would be on your engagement, and time to ask them anything.
- 04
An offer, with the reasoning
We explain how the number was arrived at, and what would move it.
