Draft pending legal review. This document sets out the structure and the positions we intend to take, but it has not been reviewed by counsel and is not yet operative. It carries noindex until it is signed off, and the launch gate blocks release while any legal document is unreviewed.
Outstanding before sign-off:
- Publish the registered company name, number, and registered office for each contracting entity.
- Confirm which entity contracts in each of the four regions served.
- Publish a business telephone line in a region actually served.
- Add the VAT identification number where one exists.
Contracting entities
Entity details are not published yet. Publishing a company address is a legal requirement in several of the markets we serve, and stating one before the entity structure is settled would be worse than stating none.

Regional contracting
Which entity you contract with depends on where you are, and that determines the governing law in the terms and the transfer mechanisms in the privacy notice. The mapping is published here once the entities are established.
