Draft pending legal review. This document sets out the structure and the positions we intend to take, but it has not been reviewed by counsel and is not yet operative. It carries noindex until it is signed off, and the launch gate blocks release while any legal document is unreviewed.
Outstanding before sign-off:
- Name the contracting entity and the governing law for each region served (FR-60).
- Have counsel confirm the liability and warranty positions per jurisdiction.
- Confirm the dispute resolution venue for each contracting entity.
Scope
These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern any engagement: the terms of work are set out in the contract signed for that engagement, and where the two differ, the contract prevails.
Using this site
You may read, quote, and link to anything published here. The content is provided for information; it describes how we work, not a commitment to work in a particular way on a project we have not scoped.
Intellectual property
Text, design, and code on this site belong to RiseForge unless stated otherwise. Client names and marks that appear in case studies belong to those clients and are used with permission.
In engagements, work product is owned by the client from creation. We retain no licence over what we build for you, and nothing we deliver depends on a component we control. That position is stated in the contract, not only here.
Accuracy of what we publish
Case study metrics state the measurement window and the method used, and are drawn from client systems. They describe what happened in that engagement under those conditions. They are not a prediction about yours.
Indicative price bands are indicative. A binding price only exists in a signed proposal.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. The remaining positions require counsel’s review before this document is operative.
Governing law
Determined by the contracting entity relevant to you. Those entities are being established and will be named on the imprint page; until then this section is incomplete, which is why this document is marked as a draft.
