Consumer products with a performance expectation are the wrong place for it. If an app has to feel fast under a user’s thumb, we will say the web view is the constraint rather than tuning around it.
What it looks like in delivery
Usually the honest answer for an internal application nobody wants to fund twice — and we will say up front where it will feel like a website, so nobody is surprised at review.
