The framework most modern PHP applications are built on, with queues, migrations and testing that make an inherited codebase considerably more tractable.
When we would argue against it
We do not start new products on it, for the hiring and typing reasons that apply to PHP generally rather than any fault of the framework.
What it looks like in delivery
Upgrades, queue and job reliability, and adding tests around the business rules that only exist in code — so the client can decide about a rewrite from evidence rather than from frustration.
