When we would argue against it
We would not migrate a working Vue application to React on our recommendation alone. A framework change costs a year of feature work and delivers nothing a user can see.
What it looks like in delivery
Feature work, upgrades and performance work inside applications a client already owns, plus the occasional careful migration where the version they are on has stopped receiving security fixes.
